Who delivers what feedback?

You can choose to deliver in-house if you have your own capacity to do so, or one of our experienced coaches from the help centre will deliver your 360 degree feedback for your delegates.

How long does the process take?

The simple answer is that you decide what time frame works for your organisation and we work around that.  The help centre team at IC360 advises a best practice approach is to allow approximately six weeks between project kick-off and completion (not including debrief time).

Who nominates the delegates' raters?

You can either allow the delegates who are receiving the 360 degree feedback to nominate their own raters (higher, peer and reports), or provide us with a list of names and email addresses and we will enter onto the system for you. Who creates our questions?

If you have a set of questions that you already use in your business (EG performance management measures) then you can use them for consistency.  Alternatively the IC360 help centre coaches can create appropriate questions sets and frequency measures for you.  The system is completely bespoke to your needs.

Can I compare groups/functions?

Yes of course!  For a small additional fee (£50) we are able to provide you with like for like comparisons between groups/functions.  This provides a powerful visual representation of how each area of your business in performing against the next. The help centre coaches will advise you on whether or not these will add value to your 360 degree project.

Is it anonymous?

Yes all 360 degree feedback is delivered anonymously.  Instances where there is only 1 rater in a group need to be considered. Additionally open text comment boxes are provided where raters can provide additional comments to frequency measures and attribute their names to comments if they choose.

How do delegates and raters access the system?

All delegates who are going through the 360 degree feedback process will receive an email issued from our system.  This will contain their unique username, password and access to the system.  From here, they can enter the details (names and email addresses) of those people who are rating them.  The system will then issue secure log in details to all the raters, plus project completion time frames.  All emails are editable and bespoke to your organisations needs. The help centre coaches will be available at all times through the process to assist with all participants, reviewers and reviewees alike.

Frequency measures or open box comments?

You can have either or both.  The frequency ratings will provide you with consistent quantitative data and the open box comments allow for certain questions to be developed further through qualitative insight.  All aspects of your 360 degree project are bespoke so you can choose options that are suitable to your requirements.
